He was patient, explained in detail the findings and observations in his inspection and as important as his professionalism was his polite and pleasant manner. As a real estate broker for so many years, I know such inspections can be a painful experience having nothing to do with the property but to do with personnel doing the inspection. You, too, deserve to be noticed for an employee's performance.
