"As a first time homebuyer, I was unsure of many aspects of a new home purchase;
ie. what to look for in building structure, quality (what will need to be fixed). I had examined the building prior to the housemaster home inspection and thought I knew what I was up against. After their thorough exam, I discovered much more than my inexperienced eye could see. The detailed inspection showed me all aspects of what my future investment may be. A very professional inspection helped me to better evaluate my offer on the structure and, for the cost of the inspection, probably will save me thousands on my investment.
