At HouseMaster we understand that the real estate transaction is time sensitive.  That's the reason we developed exclusive computer software to produce our Express^® Inspection Report on-site.  This comprehensive report clearly rates all of the major elements of a house and provides home buyers with explanatory comments written in laymen's language. Your HouseMaster Inspector, using the latest in laptop or tablet PC technology, will complete the inspection report throughout the inspection.  No more struggling to read your inspector's comments!

At the conclusion of the inspection, your inspector will upload your finished report to our proprietary report delivery system. You will receive an email that contains instructions on accessing your inspection report. Your inspector can also post additional documents which might pertain to your inspection, such as details on related to your pre-closing walkthrough or guides which contain additional information specific to your property. In addition, your real estate professional can also receive access to your report as well.
