He is certified by the National Institute of Building Inspectors and is recertified annually. Office Staff - Kathy Hoffman, assures that your call will be professionally answered, that the HouseMaster Inspection Process will be fully explained, that knowledgeable answers will be given for all of your inspection questions, and that your appointment will be promptly scheduled at a convenient time.
Office Hours - Monday thru Saturday - 9 AM to 5 PM -- Calls after 5 PM, if not answered immediately, will be promptly returned.
Inspection Times - Monday thru Saturday - Morning and afternoon appointments to meet any schedule -- Inspections are scheduled to meet any time constraints as required per your contract.
