And a “certified” home inspector who uses a hand written checklist. After trying you guys we are not using them again. Anyone who uses a checklist should be run out of town! Your reports are the most professional, well written “typed”, and easy to understand I’ve ever seen. Kind of like comparing a Rolls Royce to a Yugo….Kudos to HouseMaster!"

"Thank you HouseMaster a small investment for the Home Inspection saved my wife and I over $25,000.00 just for the roof repairs alone, not to mention all the other items you disclosed. The roofer said it would cost an estimated $25,000.00 for the repairs, however, it could cost much more. The roofer said he wouldn’t even touch this job due to the fact it appears someone was attempting to hide substantial damage. Again, thank you for saving us thousands of dollars and headaches. "Several months ago your inspectors did a home inspection for my husband and me. The house was older and had several issues and the seller wasn’t very cooperative. So, we continued looking for another home. Our agent showed us a smaller home that had been remodeled. We told him we wanted your inspectors to do an inspection. He stated “You don’t need an inspection; the house has been completely gone through.” My husband wasn’t very comfortable, however, since the agent was also a friend of ours we bought and closed on the house. Well you’ll never guess what happened. We found several problems with the property.
